Privacy Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026
This policy explains what DigitalFlo LLC ("DigitalFlo", "we") collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers our website, our AI agents (Flo), and Creative Flo, our video editing studio. If you have a question, email byram@mydigitalflo.io.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone, business details, and anything you type into a form, an onboarding step, or a chat with Flo.
- Your content: videos, images, scripts, notes, and the styles you create in Creative Flo.
- Connected accounts: when you connect an account (for example Google Drive or a social posting account), we receive the access you approve and nothing more.
- Basic usage data: log entries such as sign-in times and errors, used to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
- To run the services you signed up for: editing your videos, preparing posts you approve, and having Flo work on your behalf.
- To support you and tell you about your account.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your content to advertise to you or anyone else.
Where your data lives
Each Creative Flo client runs on their own private server, set up and maintained by DigitalFlo. Your account details and working files stay on that server. Your original and finished videos are stored in your own Google Drive, in a folder named "Creative Flo". The sign-in tokens for your connected accounts are kept only on your server, encrypted and readable only by the editing software.
Google user data
If you connect Google Drive, Creative Flo asks only for the drive.file permission. That lets it
see and manage files that Creative Flo creates, and files you choose with the "Pick from Drive" button. It
cannot see the rest of your Drive.
- What we access: the Creative Flo folder and the files in it, your Google account email (to show which account is connected), and your remaining storage space (so we don't fill your Drive).
- How we use it: to store your original and finished videos, to read a file you picked so it can be edited, and to bring an original back when you ask for a new cut.
- Sharing: to edit a video, the audio may be sent to a speech-to-text service that makes the transcript used for cuts and captions. That service processes it only to return the transcript. We share Google data with no one else, except when the law requires it.
- People: nobody at DigitalFlo reads your Google data unless you ask us to (for example during support), it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
- No AI training: we do not use Google user data to train or improve general AI or machine learning models.
Creative Flo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect Google Drive at any time in Creative Flo under Settings, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting deletes the stored token from your server. The files in your Drive stay yours.
Services that help us
We use a small number of providers to run DigitalFlo: hosting, email delivery, speech-to-text for editing, AI models that power Flo, payment processing, and the social posting service you connect with your own account. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a client. When you leave, we delete your server and the data on it within 30 days, unless you ask us to export it first or the law requires us to keep something. Files in your own Google Drive stay in your Drive.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete your information by emailing byram@mydigitalflo.io. We answer within 30 days.
Security
Every client server is private, reached over encrypted connections, with no open ports to the internet. Access keys are stored encrypted and can be revoked. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if a problem affects your data.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above, and we will email clients about any important change.
