Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use DigitalFlo LLC's website, Flo, or Creative Flo. Your signed agreement with DigitalFlo, if you have one, comes first where the two differ.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions you approve for Flo.
Your content
Your videos, scripts, styles, and business information stay yours. You give DigitalFlo permission to store, process, and edit them only to provide the services to you. You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and to anything you ask us to post.
Connected accounts
When you connect accounts such as Google Drive or a social posting account, you use them under those services' own terms. Nothing is posted to your social accounts without your approval in the app.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content.
- No attempts to break into, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
- No using the service to send spam or to impersonate others.
AI output
Flo and Creative Flo use AI. Review what they produce before you publish it. You decide what goes live.
Payment
Fees, billing dates, and refunds are set in your agreement or at checkout.
Ending service
You can stop at any time under your agreement. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When service ends, we delete your server and its data within 30 days. Ask before then if you want an export.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep everything running, but the services are provided as they are, without promises of specific results. To the extent the law allows, DigitalFlo's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above. We will email clients about important changes.
