Trevor Calais

Trevor Calais

Founder and CEO · Let's Geaux Hustle

Coaching, education and communitiesAI operator on the funnel: ads reporting, CRM work, speed-to-lead texting, rebuilt emails
“Like it is fire, bro. Like my, my emails are better. My onboarding emails are better. ... it looks better, it looks cleaner, it's more clear, more concise. Better instructions for the customers. ... It's learned so much and it's has the system so solid like it can just pick up the conversation of where I left off.”Trevor Calais, clip T069, 2026-10-13

The problem

  • Trevor is the webinar host, the closer and the face of the brand, so everything ran through him.
  • Many people registered for the webinar and never pressed play or booked a call, and older leads never got a follow-up.

What Flo built

  • A client-owned AI operator on his own server that handles ads and KPI reporting, lead scoring, CRM work and a daily briefing.
  • "Alex", an AI texter that replies to new free-training leads at a human pace and follows up based on how much of the training each person watched.
  • Rebuilt welcome and onboarding emails, written by the AI (Trevor describes them in his own clip).
  • An email deliverability fix that moved sending to his own domain.

Results

  • Alex handled 58 leads, sent 117 messages and got 100 replies, with a typical reply time of 2 to 3 minutes.
    Oct 13, 2026 weekly report
  • 16 of 17 lead texts answered within two days, median reply time 49 seconds.

  • 17 of 20 answered, median reply time 21 seconds.

Tax pro, founder and coach to other tax professionals · The Tax Mogul

Coaching, education and communitiesDone-for-you webinar funnel and follow-up, then 1:1 training to run her own AI operator
“So with DigitalFlo, like it really just changed my entire perspective about just how, uh, my business should be built. ... I just got so tired of my de- my business depending solely on me. ... what, um, Byram has built within my business, um, it just really takes the vision and the conviction that I have about my brand to a whole 'nother level.”Sydne Jones, clip T067, 2026-05-27

The problem

  • A solo operator and a mom. In her words, she "got so tired of my business depending solely on me."
  • She felt stuck on what came after taxes and wasn't connected to her own offer.

What Flo built

  • A done-for-you webinar acquisition engine: webinar and VSL scripts, onboarding forms, follow-up sequences, workflows and a CRM snapshot, handed over with operating docs.
  • Her own AI agent, with a usage guide, call recaps and action items.
  • A 4-week, 1:1 AI operator bootcamp: an agent memory vault, a first automated SOP that turns each call into a note and an email recap, and architecture coaching for the product she is building.
  • Offer and messaging work that reshaped her offer around women entrepreneurs like her.
“Before, I just wasn't connected to my offer, and I was stressed out, and really my clarity wasn't right, but I feel clearer than ever now that I've kinda redefined. That really just came from you helping me understand what I needed”Sydne Jones, clip T046, 2026-06-09
“I love his responsiveness. I love how even his AI agent is willing to communicate back and forth with me to make sure that we're aligned and that I am knowledgeable and up to date.”Sydne Jones, clip T018, 2026-05-27

Web Annacius

CEO · Takeoff Financial

Credit and business fundingAI voice receptionist, Instagram DM setter, call-outcome reporting and a dedicated Flo in the team's Slack
“My God, it's, it's night and day ... This is so much more efficient. I'm, I'm... It's solving problems, it's giving authorization, it's giving commands." I'm like, "Oh, this is, this is wonderful."”Web Annacius, 2026-09-18 call (transcript only)

The problem

  • Inbound calls had to be answered, qualified and booked the same way their human setter did it.
  • Instagram DMs and "FUND" comment triggers needed a setter that gathers context and moves people to the next step.
  • When their human setter left, they wanted the AI to carry more of the load, and the team wanted its own operator instead of waiting on us.

What Flo built

  • An AI receptionist on the business line that qualifies callers and books profile reviews on the team's calendar, with CRM handoffs and five escalation and routing workflows.
  • An Instagram DM setter that runs discovery, delivers their Business Funding Roadmap PDF and points people to their education community.
  • Call tracking, outcome tagging and a weekly report covering phone and DMs.
  • A dedicated Flo inside Takeoff's own Slack, live since September 2026.

Results

  • 17 calls and 31 DMs in one week. This is activity volume across phone and DMs, not revenue.
    Sep 30, 2026 weekly report
  • The receptionist's booking fix was verified by a real inbound booking on the team's calendar.

CEO · AK Sales HQ

Sales teams and sales trainingSales command center: live dashboard, AI sales coach, team-chat automation and data migration
“For years, I've been using Google Forms or Airtable. I've been looking for something that is all together, you know. And finally, I met Byram and his My DigitalFlo team, and boy, did he give me exactly what I envisioned three years ago”AK, clip T049, 2026-08-15

The problem

  • Sales tracking lived in spreadsheets, Google Forms and Airtable, with no real-time view of who was producing.
  • No rep accountability, and hours went into pulling reports by hand.

What Flo built

  • A live sales dashboard: revenue, deals, close rate and average deal size by offer and time period, plus a cash-collected leaderboard split by closer and setter.
  • An AI sales coach that reviews each rep's weekly goals and results against their last four weeks and gives a specific next step.
  • Automatic posting of every end-of-day report, weekly goal, weekly result and closed deal to the team's chat.
  • A full migration of the old Airtable data.

Results

  • Migrated 153 deals, 63 team members and 481 production records from Airtable.

Founder · Closed on Sunday (CommunityLaunch)

Coaching, education and communitiesAI closer that works DMs and SMS to sell a community and book calls
“Byram came to me, and he said he had a really cool AI chatbot that could essentially book calls on autopilot, and it could also close deals via DMs or SMS on autopilot. And I was curious, so I tried it out, and within a few weeks, we almost doubled our amount of booked calls because of this AI chatbot.”Christian Crenshaw, clip T050, 2026-08-15

The problem

  • His earlier chatbot tests sounded too much like a bot, sometimes failed to send proof or follow-ups, and produced no sales from roughly 150 leads.

What Flo built

  • The foundation of a DM center for an AI closer that books calls and closes in DMs and SMS, with a follow-up engine, proof-asset delivery, per-lead memory and human handoff rules.
“So if you're on the fence about working with him or with this AI chatbot or any service that he delivers, I would go ahead and jump over that fence and tap in.”Christian Crenshaw, clip T050, 2026-08-15

Coaching, education and communitiesClient-owned AI operating system: an executive assistant, a team assistant and a member-facing assistant
“This call definitely just helped realign with me, and I know it made me just get it more and more. I know every time I talk to you, I'm realizing more and more how much it can be used for that I just don't even realize or even think about or even remember”Sharice McKinney, clip T057, 2026-09-15

The problem

  • No bird's-eye view of revenue across several payment platforms.
  • Team accountability (end-of-day reports, recaps) and assignments getting buried in Slack.
  • Delayed student access after payment, which leads to buyer's remorse and disputes.

What Flo built

  • Three AI assistants: "Jane" for operations, "Josh" for the team in Slack, and "Sway AI", a member-facing assistant that knows the founder's playbook and points members only to approved next steps. A personal assistant for Patrice followed.
  • A command-center dashboard, plus a morning brief, dispute alerts and paid-but-not-enrolled alerts.
  • 10+ connected tools, including payments, course platform, webinar software, ads, CRM, calendar and Slack.
  • About 3,200 students and 7,000 buyer profiles pulled into one client-owned database (build record, Jul 28, 2026).
“I appreciate your flexibility with us and just your understanding. We truly appreciate you helping us to get this set up”Sharice McKinney, clip T048, 2026-09-15

“I appreciate you a ton. I want you to know that. I love what you built. I loved how you helped me”Greg Pingel, clip T005, 2026-09-02

The problem

  • His tools were scattered across several AI apps, and his automations stopped whenever his laptop was closed.
  • He wanted to learn to run it himself. In his words: "I don't want you just to give me the fish. I want you to kind of teach me how to fish." (Aug 21, 2026 call)

What Flo built

  • A Flo operating system on his own always-on computer, reachable from his phone and laptop, with six agents: Flo, Closer, Content, Designer, Ops and Ads.
  • Training to turn his lead-scoring workflow into a Closer skill and to build VSL funnels through the Designer agent.
  • A Creative Flo for content, installed in October 2026.
“Yeah, dude, that looks way better than how it is set up now”Greg Pingel, clip T016, 2026-09-02

Recruiting and job searchMulti-agent system that sources jobs, writes application materials, auto-applies and drafts networking outreach
“I want my happiness to be as loud, if not louder, than my discontent before. ... You've helped us in ways that you don't even imagine, Byram. Like, oh my gosh. ... this just gives us a lot of flexibility to do a lot of things, invest in other areas, grow quicker, get better results. It's like this is super, super valuable to me.”Udochi D. Okoro, clip T068, 2026-07-02

The problem

  • Fulfillment was manual: resumes, cover letters, sourcing, applications, networking and follow-up, done by hand for every job seeker.
  • Application volume decided whether they kept their own clients.

What Flo built

  • A Materials agent that turns intake and interview notes into a resume, an ATS resume, a cover letter and a LinkedIn draft, delivered to the client's project board behind an approval gate.
  • A Sourcing agent with fit scoring, contact enrichment and email validation.
  • An Applications agent that auto-applies through Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and LinkedIn Easy Apply, logging every job and its proof.
  • An Outreach agent for networking contacts, a dedicated inbox per job seeker, an onboarding workflow and a team Slack bot.

Results

  • Daily submitted applications reported on the call: 68, 113, 68, 87 and 53 on Sep 1 to 5. The client accepted Milestone 1 after sampling the confirmation emails live.

“I'm excited about this man. And I look at his system ... The whole command center ...”Alioune Toure, clip T012, 2026-06-05

The problem

  • Operations felt scattered, and he wanted one mobile view of team performance, enrollments, payments and end-of-day reports.

What Flo built

  • "Michelle", his AI agent in Telegram, connected to his Airtable and Google Workspace and added to the team's Slack.
  • "AliOS", a mobile operating dashboard that pulls his data into one view.
  • The ability for his agent to build and deploy landing pages, plus CRM team training.

“You're a don bro. You're a G. You were the first person I thought when I did this. I was like, "I know who to go to."”Omar Abu Iqab, clip T040, 2026-08-17

The problem

  • Listing inventory was manual, and buyers on broadcast lists picked salespeople at random.

What Flo built

  • A hosted Flo in Telegram with a live-collection desk: post a watch photo and it's logged to the inventory base, with Omar approving before anything is published.
  • Moved to a DigitalFlo-hosted server when his own machine died, so the desk stays up.

Websites and membership sitesWebsite upgrade and rebuild, a member-dashboard prototype, and training to edit the site himself with AI
“It don't take me a lot of time to learn, you know. Even if I would've, you know, been doing the screenshots myself or whatever, it'd took me probably an hour to change the URL, you know. Which I don't mind, but to see it do it its way and do it in this type of speed”Elijah Anderson, clip T036, 2026-09-17

The problem

  • He needed a site upgrade and mobile rebuild, and he wanted to stop depending on someone else for every edit: "If I need to make any changes in the future, I want to be able to just go ahead and do it myself, even if I don't know how to do it." (Sep 17, 2026 call)

What Flo built

  • Website upgrade work handed over on his own hosting.
  • A member-dashboard prototype (wallet, orders, payments, members-only content). It's a prototype, not live with member data.
  • Hands-on training so he can make changes to his own site with an AI coding workflow.
“You definitely got me started on it, man, so I appreciate it”Elijah Anderson, clip T037, 2026-09-17

TelehealthOnboarding agent: every new brand gets its own Slack channel, an assigned human and a guided intake that produces its launch file
“I'm really enjoying working with you, bro.”Carlos Garcia, Jul 20, 2026 showcase call (line quoted in the call note, no clip)

The problem

  • Provisioning and onboarding steps were scattered, and domain setup was the biggest sticking point for non-technical brand owners.

What Flo built

  • An onboarding agent on the client's own infrastructure: intake gates, a field catalog, domain checks and automatic 24-hour and 72-hour nudges.
  • A Slack bot in their real workspace. A new purchase automatically opens the brand's own channel and assigns a human.
  • A client portal on their domain with magic-link sign-in, tenant isolation and in-portal checkout.
  • Escalations that route each question to the right project manager, with the acknowledgement visible in the portal.

Results

  • The full chain worked end to end: signup, the brand's own Slack channel and assigned human, portal intake answers, the finished launch file, escalation to the right person, and that person's reply visible in the portal.
